Intersect a reference panel with a whitelist
Usage
niptmer_ref_apply_whitelist(ref_panel, whitelist, out_dir, suffix = "_stable")
Arguments
- ref_panel
A niptmer_ref_panel object.
- whitelist
Path to whitelist list file.
- out_dir
Output directory.
- suffix
Suffix appended to chromosome id for output prefixes.
Value
A niptmer_ref_panel object.
