Suggested defaults for ULCWGS reference-building

niptmer_ref_profile_ulcwgs.Rd

Returns a named list of arguments tuned for ultra-low-coverage euploid control cohorts. You can pass this profile into reference-building calls with do.call() and override specific fields when needed.
